[Serusers] SER, help please!

Hi, Whenever I uncomment i change the integer value of modparam("usrloc", "db_mode", 0) changed to 1 or 2 and when i about to restart SER using ./serctl stop then ./serctl start, SER strat but when i check ps aux | grep ser no SER is running. I'm running SER on FreeBSD/sparc64.
