Thanks Daniel,
you have to set:
STORE_PLAINTEXT_PW=1
in your openserctlrc file. otherwise plaintext password is not stored,
but ha1 version of it.
Now it works as expected.
Sorry for not reading the openserctlrc file until the last line. I was too
exited with the new release :-).
