Sorry for the top-posting just continuing the tradition of the thread.
Thanks guys for those two links. I actually stumbled across the Asterisk at large entry this morning while doing the daily news. Funny that it's not linked from the SER page on the wiki. Maybe I should do that.

Here is a document I posted a while ago on how I got MWI to work with SER. Keep in mind that I only use Asterisk as a voicemail server. ser is used for everything else.

Hi Steve and Matt,
I'm also interested in such a document. But right now I want to use Asterisk as a voicemail server and a PSTN gateway. Actually I have no idea how I can manage the voicemail stuff and the MWI feature for that. The second problem is the PSTN-Gateway. If I call a number through the PSTN gateway and than hangup before somebody answers the called phone will not stop to ring. How comes this?
Regards Bastian

No but I have Asterisk working as my voicemail server. What is your question? What are you trying to do with Asterisk?

Does anyone have a link to a document/webpage that explains Asterisk- SER integration?
I had a quick google, checked the voip-info wiki and the SIP wiki. Matt Riddell
