No.
You should handle REGISTER with fix_nated_register and set the
receive_avp parameter in nathelper and registrar module to the same value.
e.g.:
modparam("nathelper", "received_avp", "$avp(i:42)")
modparam("registrar", "received_avp", "$avp(i:42)")
For all other requests and messages the fix_nated_contact is ok.
