in sercmd should be dispatcher.list with dot, but the command is available starting with v3.2.0. What is your kamailio version?

# sercmd dispatcher.list error: 500 - command dispatcher.list not found

The module is loaded, dispatcher.list file exists. Am I doing something wrong ? Thanks.
