I would post this one in the git issues of the open5gs_docker, made by Herle
He is very proficient and responsive.
I would suspect maybe you have not perfectly followed instruction on how to
configure SIMs, fhoss, and open5gs hss (and maybe osmo hlr too).
Anyway, that you established the radio connection, and the network
connection is a success in se, it's the most difficult part
You now have small details in front of you, imsi/impu/etc , but after a
while it will work.

When my CotsUE(ONEPLUS8) try to Register. I get an 403 Forbidden HSS
Authorization Rejected (see udp-stream.txt). The output of the fhoss looks
