Good question Mark. I remember I asked one just like this 2-3 months back. The answer was: "when development team will finish elaborating on it ;)".
Well, last time (couple of weeks back actually) I heard from Greger, ser 0.10.x was not far from becoming a stable release. I assume a couple of months more, but that's just me. I would also like to know the answer.
