Hi Harry,
If you are using freeradius I think you need to configure your
sql.conf so that when radius accepts BYE then it will compute for the
AcctSessionTime. sql.conf contains queries for radius to insert and
update the radacct and other tables.

Does acc module allow these requests to a radius
server according to rfc2866 ?
Yes.
A Talk Start information is sent when SIP Server
receives 200 OK for a INVITE request.
Correct.
A TAlK Stop information when SIP Server
receives
BYE.
This is where SER differs a bit because it will
send
Stop once it receives a final reply for BYE.
How may i configure it ?
Enable radius accounting in
sip_router/modules/acc/Makefile
and follow the RADIUS howto.
