Assuming you have a recent IOS on the Cisco GW then ensure you have:
#gateway
#timer receive-rtcp 5
This way, the gateway will drop the call if the endpoint 'disappears' and
isnt available (default works out about 25 seconds I think)

Probably I used incorrect keywords. The situation is: customer
call from SIP device thru SER to some place. SER terminate call to Cisco GW.
But suddenly customer lost internet connectivity and if on another side some
answering machine, call will never disconnect.
Is there any solutions?
