We only use 3 clients: ATA, Budgetone, and SPA2000. All redo their DNS
query upon a failure to contact the server. Works fine for us.

I fear too that not every client is fine with it -- I guess quite many
feature the shortcoming of resolving registar address only on reboot :(
Hopefuly, this will change (maybe its changing already, we haven't
retested it for a while.)
