[Kamailio-Users] Compiling MediaProxy 2.0 on CentOS 5

Hi, Apologies if you have already seen this on the OpenSIPS users list; it seems that some of the domain changes are a little confusing for the moment. I'm trying to compile MediaProxy 2.0 on CentOS 5 for use with Kamailio.
