[Users] Problem with the registration of X-PRO client with Openser

Hello Friends, I am having trouble with registration of X-PRO softphone with openser, where my softphone is on 192.168.0.47 and openser is on 192.168.0.60. My softphone says "Login Timed out , Contact Network admin". Here I am posting ngrep output also.Openser is having default configs, but I had added this softphone as a user also. Can anyone help me please.
