it is strange, I believe to be seen in the wiki a same example for openser 1.3.2
the config is for 1.2.x. It is in that section of: http://www.kamailio.net/dokuwiki/doku.php/presence:presence-module
For 1.3 you have it in the default config file, but it is commented.
