Mysql is in default Debian distro, install it from there.
So, remove from your apt list:
deb
http://repo.mysql.com/apt/debian wheezy mysql-5.6
deb-src
http://repo.mysql.com/apt/debian wheezy mysql-5.6
deb
http://repo.mysql.com/apt/debian wheezy mysql-apt-config
Then do apt-get update and install mysql server.
