Gustavo, Cisco ATA fill the realm of the R-URI in outgoing messages from the value of GkOrProxy: in the configuration. If you like outgoing R-URIs as destination@yourdomain.com you must configure GkOrProxy: [yourdomain.com] and configure the DNS zone of yourdomain.com with SRV records pointing to your proxy.
DNS: _sip._udp IN SRV 0 0 5060 ip.of.your.proxy

I´m having trouble with multiple domains and ATA's 186 and 188.
I can make x-lite register a username + a domain, like 1000@domain1, but I can´t make the ATA do the same, it always sends the ip address of the sip proxy (ser) as its "realm" in the Register header.
I can´t find the field in the configuration of the ATA where I could set its domain.
