$_s(format) - Evaluate dynamic format
*$_s(format)* - returns the string after evaluating all pseudo-variables in format
$var(x) = "sip:" + $rU + "@" + $fd;
# is equivalent of: $var(x) = $_s(sip:$rU@$fd);
