Thanks for your response.
Followed steps as suggested, Created new user in HSS to not to modified the existence.
Created new user with "1003" and given authentication algorithm as "Digest-MD5". Even i tried with authentication algorithm as "SIP Digest" but observed same error as below. Configured X-lite softfone and tried to register a user but getting error as "403 Forbidden - HSS Authentication Scheme Unsupported"
Please find the user creation details, X-lite configuration & traces.
Please suggest me for anymore changes has to be done.

I have modified the Xlite configuration. Now user is failed to REGISTER
with
"401 unauthorized - challenging the UE" to challenge the user, here user
is
not sending any response with authorized details.
Xlite client does not use the IMS-AKA based authentication but SIP digest. Therefore you must adapt the authentication for the user (bob) in HSS accordingly and set in the default authentication algorithm in the parameter-file scscf.cfg to "HSS-selected" (define REG_AUTH_DEFAULT_ALG "HSS-Selected").
