Hi All,
FWD uses SER as a core enabling technology and this is one of the reasons
we have been able to scale into becoming one of the largest open IP
Communication networks around.
Just about every other day it seems I receive an email from someone who
wants to establish a peering relationship with Free World Dialup.
Service providers and other entities wishing to establish a peering
