In that case, you've got a mystery on your hands, and should take it up
with the providers--unless I missed something in your invite.

And even if a sip account is not associated with a caller id (a number)
rather its just a name (as skype id like xxx.yyy) when initiated a pstn
call, the providers use local numbers (if ur gateway is in germany then

This is especially true since their routing is influenced by CLID,
due to the possibility of intra/inter-jurisdictional rate differences.
