Simon Miles is the editor of the migration guide. The outline has been
started:

and he is working on getting his working group together (I think).

WiKi so that people could share information like this. Personally I've
spend quite lot of time migrating my 0.9.6 config to 2.0.0 and have
quite few tips to share.
