No, you have to install STUN server or point your UA at an existing STUN server on the internet. You don't need to change anything in your ser.cfg but UAs have to have support for STUN.(some of them have a broken implementation though ( e.g. Kphone) ) Your UA with STUN support will find out the public IP address of your NAT and then for SER the UA behaves like an UA with public IP. You should read the document from OnSIP where everything is clearly explained.
