Solved with the following changes :
1)In imsdroid for identity used ims realm instead of IP . 2)Used Digest-MD5 scheme in HSS for the user 3)Used sample number as msisdn For ex: 9845142400 instead of alice/bob 4)Used TCP for port for P-CSCF in network configuration of imsdroid
Then registration and calls were successfull
