I could find the list of binaries, libraries and other configuration files created during
Kamailio installation. Right now I am cleaning all these using a separate script.

it is not, but if you give here the commands used to compile and install, we can give the
hints of what was installed and where.
To be easy to uninstall, it is better to use deb/rpm packages.
