for the moment no, the limitation is in nathelper, not in rtpproxy. you
can add a small function in nathelper that test if the src_ip on request
is the same with the one in RURI ( after you did lookup("location") in
script); be sure that both caller and callee are nated.

Another question, what happen if two people on the
SAME LOCAL network try to call each other via my SER server ?
Their adress will be detected as private and rtpproxy will be use, but it's not needed
as they are visible for each other.
How could i prevent this ?
for the moment you cannot. maybe in the next release will be available a
function that tells you if both nated users (callee and caller) are
behind the same NAT.
