I've tried two different numbers and they both fail. I can make regular mobile calls but not VoIP calls via my SIP softphone (media5fone). What do you mean if my phone is registered?

iptel Support, Daniel,
Media5fone is a SIP softphone. I am able to login to my iptel SIP account via Media5fone, however once I place a call I receive "Call failed. Call forbidden." My WiFi connection is working and I've tried different variations of number combinations. Is there something else I maybe missing?
do you get this error for any call? Is your phone registered?
Cheers, Daniel
