[Serusers] Unable to find ser_mysql.sh

Hello, I installed SER and I installed mysql both server and client using MySQL-server-4.1.0-0.i386.rpm and MySQL-client-4.1.0-0.i386.rpm Now I am trying to configure mysql with SER using the instructions given in the "SER HOW TO" document by Dan Austin. In the section 2.7 of the document (MySQL setup) it is mentioned to execute ser_mysql.sh I didnt find that file anywhere.
