Well it looks like your configuration for the auth module is failing. I would disable WITH_AUTH in the kamailio.cfg file to prove that ie. start with a simpler config. If that allows kamailio to start successfully then you can read the auth module documentation and look more closely at the configuration settings applicable to that module.
