Dear all
I tried to configure OpenSER as RLS. I have error message using rls module. I did setting acc. openser.org module documentation for rls, including library functionality of presence and so on.
Trying to start OpenSER, I get the follwing error regarding RLS:

Can anyone help, where to get bind_libxml_api ?
