I'm using snmpstats and dialog. IPTables is used but not with SIP tracking module. But if I work on a Wireshark trace during a representative peak period (during ~12min), I have 30-40 INVITE/second ; 3 REGISTER/second and 7 OPTIONS/second. Kamailio is running with 15 children actually. I see, very often, Kamailio that stops to reply to SIP traffic for couple a seconds. This cause some calls drop if RE-INVITE are not processed for example.
