Not getting a reply concerns me about using them...
The problem is that, _before_ the iptel.org folks even give you a quotation for the software or service fees they demand a written NDA which includes that youre not allowed to tell other about their services, fees etc. Sad but true.
Thats very probably the reason why you dont get any answers here :)
