Hello,
I started a dokuwiki page to collect the new things in openser 1.3.x, I still have a lot to add, however, since there are new modules and enhancements from many developers, it is better that everybody contribute to this page, to have a good image of what is new in the upcoming release. I am sure I will be forgetting some. The page will be used in building release announcement.
