The UA firmware engineers interpreted the sip document in a different way than I would have. They use the from tag, to tag, and call id to make the call 'unique'. If you use all three fields the call will be unique for you.

The UA is grandstream. I've just enabled totag/fromtag in the ACC: output, I'll take a look at that to see if some uniqueness can be derived.
