the errors especially appear due to syntax error in this specified line :

  if ( method=="ACK" || method=="INVITE" || method=="BYE" ||
       method=="CANCEL" ){

you need to put this into some route block and then call the route where you want to, have a look at the correction in pastebin. of course you probably only want to sent it to voicemail if you know the user.
