Do you have php installed and configured with the apache server:) ? Check apache httpd.conf or php.conf.

After installing serweb per INSTALL instructions, if I attempt to open the index.php file under konqueror, I get prompted with another window asking me which application to use to open the file. What may be wrong, any ideas? Thanks,
