Hello In the OpenSER feature list it says that it support transactional stateful SIP Proxy processing. Does that mean Call Stateful? I mean if a session is established and a UA sends a re-INVITATION (for example to add video to voice) will the OpenSER Proxy will be informed of this new transaction ? And eventually can it disallow this new transaction (if there is no enough resources like bandwith)?
