i have, but much later in processing of the script. the info message about the r-uri host not being local, comes much before the lookup would have been executed, it request-uri host would have been local.

somehow the config code is messed up, i.e., it is not executed in the order as written. exactly the same config on another host does not have this problem.

are the hosts with same os? i can't find a reason for such behavior, unless objects are corrupted. try a make proper; make all; make install (if you use sources).
