Could you send us the model and firmware version of the SMC router? We do
have a couple of clients using that brand. So far, I didn't receive any
complain from them, but it's worth looking into.

I've seen it before on SMC, and They've made a new firmware I think that
fixes it, atleast on some of the barricades
