Hi Bimantara,
The reason why you get this problem. is that the server you are trying to run ser on, has alreaddy a process that is useing port 5060 for the ip 10.14.200.101.
Either check what is running on port 5060, Or change ser to run on a different port.
A other way, could be to only listen to the ip 10.14.200.95 on port 5060.
