I run ser-0.8.14 in linux (debian) with kernel 2.4.xx in an embedded system with an ARM processor.
1) is important you cross compile flex and bison for your architecture 2) you must use dbtext module instead of mysql module.

I am using SER from last one year and found it really interesting and easy to use. I have one query now. Can we port SER on some embedded system also. Can anyone guide me for that.
