[Serusers] register_udomain(): Invalid table version (use ser_mysql.sh reinstall)

its come up before so i have to ask

I have read the list archives and googled.

1. there is no reinstall option
2. there is nothing in tools/

If this is in CVS why hasnt it been fixed?
