Protocol conversion doesn't mind here. If kamailio receives an UDP
INVITE with "f: sip:alice@domain.org" and routes it using TCP, the
short form of the From header (f) will be respected.
What if it receives a request over TCP and forwards it over UDP? This
is about preventing MTU excess.
