/usr/local/src/radiusclient-0.4.2/include/radiusclient.h
you need to adapt the path (-I param) in
DEFS+=-DRAD_ACC -I$(LOCALBASE)/include
to point to your radius sources. LOCALBASE is /usr/local, so change the
suffix to match your installation.
