[Users] UA not receiving BYE from SPA 3000

I'm currently having this problem: SPA 3000 calls UA(xlite). The call goes through and everything is fine. When SPA 3000 hangs up. UA never hangs up. Seems like its not receiving the BYE. However, if the UA hangs up, everything is fine.
