I did a fresh svn co.
Still svnversion: unknown (what should it be?)
But now the rpid avp for auth works.

from SVN. Also, you changed the version, simply 1.2.0 wasn't set yet on
SVN :-), so it is hard for me to guess when you got the sources. The
best is to get again the sources from SVN and test one more.
