is_present_hf("hname") from textops: http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/1.4.x/textops.html#id2506411
The development version has a new function: is_present_hf("regexp") which can match header names by regular expressions: http://kamailio.org/docs/modules/1.5.x/textops.html
