Yes, set rev_dns to no.
Jan.
He means to disable reverse dns even on startup.
rev_dns works only for via (and is default off).
We might re-use it in the future for disabling reverse dns.

Hi,
Is there a way to disable reverse dns resolve in ser?
A server might support multiple ser domains. The
resolved dns name may not be used for any domain. Also
it takes too long to start ser if there is no dns name
for the ip address.
Thanks,
Richard
