The config example in than message not entirely correct, as you also
need to process provisional replies with SDP in onreply_route(),
therefore instead of:
if (status=~"2[0-9][0-9]")
should be
if (status=~"[12][0-9][0-9]")
Most common such reply would be 18x Session Progress.
