All, I am sorry if this is not the correct venue - Please correct me if it is not.   I have a phone application that runs on ser 0.9.6.  The system uses mysql/php and runs on Linux. There are firewalls and a TDM gateway running on cisco in use as well. I rebuilt and upgraded the application a few years ago.  It also runs on a VM.   It has ran flawless for over a 2 years.  Just a few weeks ago I had an outage that I could not explain.  I got it back working but I was not sure what the problem was. So to my question.  I am trying to get approval for a consultant that can possibly come on site to upgrade ser 0.9.6 to the latest Kamaillo version.  There is a web based provisioning system written in PHP that has to also work with the new version. Is there anyone out there that has these skills.  I would do it  myself but I have a lot of other responsibilities and am looking to bring somebody in to look at this.
