Is one that Daniel created. I've seen something similar for Emacs.
That's the auto-complete pluging for vim.
Vim syntax highlighting is inside the source code in utils/misc/vim/.
Also, for checking the kamailio config for syntax errors, use:
kamailio -c -f /path/to/kamailio.cfg
