Hello,
no fork mode is very rudimentary, not useful for anything else than basic testing over udp with a single listen socket.
If you want to have kamailio main process attached to terminal, but still with forking mode on, look at command line parameter -D.

can you try with latest version from branch 5.0? There was a patch to catch when a library creates and terminates its own processes.
